    Mr. Howard Atkins, immediate past Chief Financial Officer of Wells Fargo. Atkins is a 37-year veteran of the financial services industry. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of New York Life and CFO of Midlantic Corporation before its merger with PNC Bank. Atkins also spent 17-years at Chase Manhattan Bank including 4-years in London overseeing that bank's European capital markets business. Atkins is a Director of Occidental Petroleum and Ingram Micro, a Trustee of the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco and a member of the Financial Executives Institute.
     

       
      

    Mr. J.P. Bolduc, Chairman and CEO of JPB Enterprises, Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Unisys Corp, Management Consulting Group PLC, Lance Inc., EnPro Inc. and several other privately held and public corporations. Bolduc previously served as president and CEO of W.R. Grace and Company from 1990-1995.


     

       
      

    Mr. Andrew Card, former chief of staff for President George W. Bush from 2001-2006. Card also served as U.S. secretary of transportation under President George H.W. Bush and deputy assistant and director of Intergovernmental Affairs under President Reagan. Card has been at the center of U.S. politics for over 20 years. A Senior Counselor at the global public relations firm Fleischman-Hillard, Card serves on the international advisory board and also serves on the board of directors for Union Pacific Corporation. 


     

       
      

    Mr. Michael Critelli, past Chairman and CEO of Pitney Bowes. Critelli currently chairs the Dossia Service Corporation and Dossia Foundation. Critelli also serves as a member of the for-profit boards of Eaton Corporation and Navigenics. He also serves as a  board member for the National Urban League, Partnership for Prevention, RAND Health Advisors, the Boston University Medical School Dean’s Advisory Board and Alzheimer’s Disease Center Advisory Board.  He was recently appointed to the Institute of Medicine’s Advisory Roundtable on Value and Science-Driven Health Care. 

     

       
      

    Mr. Edward Hanway, past Chairman and CEO of CIGNA Corporation. Hanway currently serves on the board of Marsh and McLennan Companies, Inc. as well as on the board of advisors for the March of Dimes Foundation. Hanway currently also serves on the board of trustees for Loyola College of Baltimore and Drexel Neumann Academy. He previously served on the board of directors for the Alliance for Health Reform and served as Chairman of the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare.


     

       
      

    Mr. Roger Kenny, Partner of Kenny Boardroom Consulting. Kenny co-founded Kenny Kindler, an executive recruiting firm in May of 1982. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Partner of Spencer Stuart for over 15 years.

    Mr. Bob Lutz, former Vice-Chairman of General Motors Corporation, retired from the global automotive industry following 47 years working with GM, BMW, Ford and Chrysler. During this time, Lutz held a variety of senior leadership and board positions in the fields of product design, product development, global sales and marketing, and international operations. He also served as chairman and chief executive officer of Exide Technologies. Lutz currently holds board positions at The New Common School Foundation, U.S. Marine Corps University Foundation, Marine Military Academy, Transonic combustion, Inc., Advisory Board of Lotus Cars and VIA Motors. He received the 2006 Manufacturing Leadership Award from the Society of Automotive Engineers Foundation, which recognizes individuals who have made meaningful contributions to the development of the automotive industry. He has written three highly popular books about his time in the auto industry, and is an active speaker on the lecture circuit.


     

       
      

    Ms. Ellen Marram, past CEO of Tropicana and the Nabisco Biscuit Company. Marram is currently President of the Barnegat Group LLC – her business advisory firm. She serves on the boards of Ford Motor Company, The New York Times Company and Eli Lilly and Company as well as several private companies in the food and consumer healthcare sectors. Marram serves on the North American advisory board of Deutsche Bank, is a past trustee of The Conference Board and is a director/trustee of several non-profit organizations. 


     

       
     

    Mr. Hank McKinnell, past Chairman and CEO of Pfizer. McKinnell is co-founder and Chairman of the Academic Alliance Foundation. He currently serves as a board member of Moody’s Corporation, Angiotech, and Emmaus Medical and a Senior Advisor to several leading companies. McKinnell also serves as Chairman Emeritus of the Business Roundtable, the Connecticut Science Center, the Pharmaceutical Research Manufacturers Association, the Food and Drug Law Institute and the Medical Device Manufacturers Association. 


     

       
     

    Mr. Mike Michael, CEO and President, Fifth Third Bank, Greater Cincinnati Region and former President and COO of Ohio Casualty Insurance Company. Michael also serves on the Board of Directors for Key Energy Services, AK Steel Holdings, Arlington Asset Investment, FBR Capital Markets, Cincinnati Bengals and Xavier University. He has also held senior executive roles at US Bank and PNC.



     

       
     

    Mr. James Roberts, former Chairman and CEO of Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc. Roberts currently serves on the board of Alpha Natural Resources. A true veteran of the natural resources sector, Roberts has held leading positions at RAG American Coal Holdings Inc, Coal ARBED, International Trading, Carbomin Coal Company, Leckie Smokeless Coal Company and Solar Fuel Company. A business major by training and a CPA, Roberts has also held industry stewardship positions across the natural resources sector and the most notable of which is former Chairman of the National Mining Association.

    Mr. Gordon Ulsh, former President and CEO of Exide Technologies, a company specializing in stored electrical energy products around the world, serving since April 2005. Mr. Ulsh was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of FleetPride Inc., the nation’s largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy duty truck parts. Prior to joining FleetPride in 2001, Mr. Ulsh worked with Ripplewood Equity Partners providing analysis of automotive industry segments for investment opportunities. Earlier, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Federal Mogul Corporation in 1999 and as head of its Worldwide Aftermarket Division in 1998. Prior to joining Federal Mogul he held a number of leadership positions with Cooper Industries, Inc, following 16 years with Ford Motor Company. Mr. Ulsh is also a director of OM Group (NYSE: OMG), a manufacturer and provider of specialty chemicals and advanced materials. 

       
     

    Mr. Raymond Wilcox, past President and CEO of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC and past President of Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company. Wilcox had a 40-year career with Chevron in U.S. and international operations. He is currently a Director of Forest Oil Corporation. He previously served on the Board and Executive Committees of the American Chemistry Council and the National Petrochemical and Refiners Association. Wilcox also served on the Upstream Committee of the American Petroleum Institute.
