The company was founded by Alexander Proudfoot in 1946 and originally named The Alexander Proudfoot Company. Today it is the world’s leading operational improvement firm, working with clients around the globe to improve their processes and financial performance. Our clients are large corporations, with annual revenues typically in excess of $100 million.
Our goal is to assist clients in reaching their full business potential. We provide the implementation support they need to rapidly achieve measurable and sustainable performance improvement, using many of the fundamental methodologies developed by the firm’s founder.
